These section seems quite similar but with great difference in meaning
Main ingredients in differentiating both section are

1. Intention
2. Knowledge

A hits B's chest not knowing that his heart is enlarged by this act B dies , this act is not murder but is an act of culpable homicide..

In case of murder ,
The on who commits an act have full intention to cause such act which would further can take the persons life.
The person will have full knowledge that his act can take other person's life
If a man shot a bullet on other person's head it will not consider to be an act of culpable homicide as hurting a man to his head with involvement bullet can not be a matter of fact that a person committing an act is not having a knowledge.

Whosoever commits murder shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life & shall also be liable to fine.- section 302

ALL "MURDERS" ARE "CULPABLE HOMICIDE", BUT ALL "CULPABLE HOMICIDE" ARE NOT "MURDERS" .
